Get ready! We are going to create an experience you will love reliving through your timeless artwork for many Christmases to come!

How do we do this? 

We start with the best Santas, sprinkle in some adorable kiddos, and finish it off with the MAGIC that brings the artwork to life! 

You may not recognize the Santas in our images, but on the day of your session, Santa will be a familiar face for your little ones! Why? Because your Santa is actually YOU (or a trusted friend or family member)! That means no tears or uncomfortable poses with a stranger. This keeps children happy and engaged throughout the session and allows you to join in on the fun!

So, what do you need?

We have the full Santa get up. The suit is XL with tons of room. The only thing your Santa needs is all black boots or tennis shoes (super important!), along with something cool and comfy to wear under the costume (I highly recommend shorts and a t-shirt...it gets warm). 

Anything else?

These are not "mini" sessions. We plan around 90 minutes from start to finish (session and ordering). To assure you have your beautiful portraits before Christmas, we'll sit down right after your session to let you choose your favorite images and products! (Many parents have found it helpful to have an extra set of hands to take the little ones for a drive or help care for them during viewing/ordering.)

The Loft is located in Highland, IL, about one mile north of Blue Springs. Just look for the red barn mailbox on the west side of the road. Follow the lane all the way down to the last building on the left and enter through the front-facing door with our studio sign.

Our elves have worked hard on our old barn-turned-studio, and while we love it, we have learned that no amount of sweeping or mopping will keep that old barn floor dust-free. So, please keep that in mind with littles in the crawling stage.

A changing area will be set up inside The Loft. Restrooms are available inside the house.
